Sr. Technical Recruiter

We believe in the potential of electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft to lead us to our vision. We are designing our next generation aiEVTOL and growing a team of world-class aviation professionals. We are seeking self-driven, passionate, and experienced professionals to join our team. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Identify departmental hiring needs by collaborating with hiring managers and HR
• Assist hiring managers in creating and posting technical job descriptions
• Source, Headhunt candidates for a variety high-tech engineering roles
• Prescreen candidates and negotiate compensation to effectively close candidates successfully
• Interview candidates using a combination of structured interviews and technical assessments
• Follow up with passive candidates on current job openings

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree#
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience placing high tech engineering positions
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system (experience with GreenhouseATS a plus)
• Proficiency in networking and building talent communities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency

Aviation, Aerospace, UAM industry experience preferred
