Coordinate and perform the accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS's) as required by regulation and facility practices.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Recent experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0

Rate: $35-$40
