That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.  </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p>HUB Organoids is looking for an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> who wants to use his/her expertise to support our mission to the acceleration of drug discovery pipeline for our customers, applying our state-of-the art organoid ("a patient in the lab") technology. You contribute to the success of HUB by delivering projects on-time, on-schedule and within budget eventually contributing to the commercial target of the organization.</p> <p><strong>Scope of position:</strong></p> <p>We are a diverse team that shares a passion for collaboration and solving complex problems. Together, we help customers drive healthcare forward.</p> <p>You will be part of Project Management Office. As a Project Manager you bring project management expertise to handle multi-disciplinary and complex service as well as long term research projects. You work closely with our business development, finance, research teams, quality assurance and regulatory affairs to manage project quality, schedule, budget and scope. You have close interaction with Head of Departments (HoD/Managers) and Management team. As a Project Manager, you contribute to the development and implementation of project related best practices, guidelines and procedures, working together with the aforementioned internal stakeholders including the HUB executives.</p> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span over one or multiple departments.</li> <li>Owns multiple projects portfolio from conception till closure of projects.</li> <li>Single point of contact with client throughout the project life cycle for administrative and logistics questions or issues related to projects</li> <li>Manage all aspects of projects to ensure it is aligned with strategic objectives and directly supports to achieve them.</li> <li>Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.</li> <li>Prepare monthly report focusing on scope, budget and schedule for management team.</li> <li>Prepare monthly revenue recognition data, corresponding to study progress and milestones.</li> <li>Work with R&amp;D and Business Development on project scope changes and ensure customer amendments are in place where necessary.</li> <li>Support finance department for invoicing which is linked with milestone in projects, including final cost summaries at end of the project.</li> <li>Respond to audit requests from Internal and External stakeholders where applicable and necessary</li> <li>Resolve issues with customers regarding study costs and invoicing issues in support with finance department.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge and understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you bring?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional organizational, time- management, and prioritization skills</li> <li>Ability to work creatively as a team player in an environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility and consensus to achieve objectives.</li> <li>Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to changes and competing demands.</li> <li>Ability to deliver projects successfully on-time, on-schedule and within budget.</li> <li>Experience leading, motivating and managing various projects team simultaneously, including internal and external resources, while nurturing accountability in the team.</li> <li>Ability to work in pressure situations with hard deadlines and find solutions to meet timelines.</li> <li>Working level of proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, MS Projects, etc.</li> <li>Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.</li> <li>Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective.</li> <li>Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems and making decisions.</li> <li>Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in biotechnology, cell biology, immunology, oncology or other related disciplines preferred or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>Experience working in CRO and/or Biotech industry.</li> <li>3 to 5 years of project management experience and working with business stakeholders.</li> <li>E
