We're seeking a versatile leader who can seamlessly blend program-level oversight with hands-on project management execution. As our Senior Program Manager, you'll align multiple projects with organizational goals while stepping into direct project leadership when needed, ensuring strategic initiatives drive meaningful business transformation.

What You'll Actually Do

Orchestrate program success: Coordinate and monitor strategic projects across departments, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and transformation priorities through comprehensive oversight.

Lead complex execution: Manage intricate projects involving technology, operational excellence, and product enhancements while maintaining ownership of deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.

Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with multiple teams to execute initiatives and resolve impediments while providing guidance and support to other project managers.

Deliver strategic insights: Consolidate project status updates, track KPIs, and provide leadership with high-level summaries that enable informed decision-making.

Ensure operational readiness: Set projects up for success by leveraging toolkits, best practices, and change management strategies that support sustainable outcomes.

Manage risk proactively: Identify and mitigate risks across programs and projects while ensuring timely resolution and maintaining stakeholder alignment throughout execution.

 

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

 

The leadership foundation:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (equivalent professional experience considered)
• 5+ years experience in project management or client implementation management, preferably in TPA or employee benefits administration
• Proven experience as Program Manager overseeing multiple projects simultaneously

The strategic expertise:

• Experience with large-scale, complex projects including cross-functional and cross-business collaboration
• Demonstrated success managing and influencing teams in ever-changing environments with focus on maximizing outcomes
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
