Consultant – Corporate Finance & Strategy

<p><span><i><b>Enter our world.</b></i> </span></p> <p><span><i><b>Transform with us.</b></i> </span></p> <p><span><i><b>What will your challenge be?</b></i> </span></p> <p><span>As a Consultant, you will play a key leadership role within our Corporate Finance &amp; Strategy team with a dedicated focus on Private Capital. You will lead project teams in supporting Private Capital investors and portfolio companies across the entire investment lifecycle — from pre-deal strategy and transaction execution to post-deal value creation and exit planning. </span></p> <p><span>You will be responsible for structuring and delivering high-impact client engagements, managing junior team members, and contributing to business development efforts. You will bring a strong combination of financial acumen and client management skills to help our clients unlock value and drive sustainable performance, as well as providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members. </span></p> <p><span><b>Your main responsibilities will include:</b>  </span></p> <p><span>-Lead key workstreams autonomously, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines  </span></p> <p><span>-Managing junior team members, providing mentoring, guidance and quality control over deliverables  </span></p> <p><span>-Actively contributing to client discussions, helping translate analytical findings into actionable insights  </span></p> <p><span>-Supporting the design and execution of corporate strategies for investors and portfolio companies </span></p> <p><span>-Developing financial models to support decision-making  </span></p> <p><span>-Executing transaction support activities, including commercial and financial due diligence, in the context of acquisitions, exits, or capital raises  </span></p> <p><span>-Assisting in the preparation of investment and divestment materials, including equity stories </span></p> <p><span><b>Who we are looking for</b>  </span></p> <p><span>We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong foundation in financial analysis  with a proven track record in Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, . The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and eager to work across a variety of sectors and asset classes within the Private Capital ecosystem.  </span></p> <p><span><b>Required qualifications:</b>  </span></p> <p><span>-Demonstrated experience (3 - 4 years) in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or Investment roles  </span></p> <p><span>-Proven ability to lead workstreams or projects with limited supervision  </span></p> <p><span>-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial </span></p> <p><span>-Solid knowledge of financial modelling, corporate finance principles, and valuation techniques  </span></p> <p><span>-Understanding of financial statements and familiarity with Italian and international accounting principles  </span></p> <p><span>-University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field  </span></p> <p><span>-Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint (Office suite)  </span></p> <p><span>-Strong interpersonal and communication skills  </span></p> <p><span>-Fluent in English (C1 level); additional languages a plus </span></p>
