<p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>Apply your consultative and advisory expertise to strengthen the impact of Esri technology across the organizations you serve. We are seeking an energetic, resourceful professional to lead strategic&nbsp;consulting&nbsp;with stakeholders at every level. Through consultation you will&nbsp;translate organizational&nbsp;goals into workforce development strategies. Partnering closely with Esri’s Business Development team, you will help customers close capability gaps, accelerate adoption, and realize the full value of&nbsp;Esri technology.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with customer organizations to understand their mission, operational priorities, and desired outcomes</li> <li>Conduct skills gap analysis to identify the workforce capabilities needed to achieve organizational goals</li> <li>Design and propose workforce development roadmaps that align Esri training to customer’s skill gaps, strategic objectives, and critical business goals</li> <li>Proactively identify business development opportunities within the existing customer base through ongoing consultative engagement and discovery</li> <li>Partner with teams across Esri to shape comprehensive solutions that address each customer’s organizational challenges</li> <li>Represent and communicate the value of training to both internal and external Esri customers&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the communities served (such as state and local government)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to apply creativity and structured thinking within a consultative engagement</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation</li> <li>Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time</li> <li>US citizenship&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Recommended Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Excellent prioritization and management of several engagements at once</li> <li>Experience advising government, utilities, or commercial communities</li> <li>Experience with Esri products and the ArcGIS platform</li> <li>Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>#LI-KH4</p
