What You'll Own:
Set the vision: Lead the development of both short- and long-term sourcing strategies that align with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
Elevate supplier partnerships: Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with top-tier suppliers to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and delivery.
Ensure supply continuity: Proactively manage risk, reduce lead times, and build robust supply chain strategies that keep our operations running smoothly.
Lead with impact: Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Maximize value: Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve total cost of ownership.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to align procurement with broader company strategy.
Innovate through tools & tech: Champion the adoption of best-in-class procurement systems, tools, and practices to increase transparency and efficiency.
What You Bring:
10+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management
Proven track record of leading strategic sourcing initiatives and managing supplier relationships
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies
Excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and present at the executive level
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
Professional certifications (CPSM, CPM, CSCP) are a plus
