Job Description

The Guest Services Department at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is very important to patient care and the organization as a whole. We value the customer service provided by our close-knit team of Guest Services Representatives here at MSK, crafting a friendly and well-organized environment for our patients, their families, visitors, and staff. This position will be located at our Breast and Imagine Center!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting patients, families, visitors, and staff entering or exiting MSKCC.
• Projecting a positive image of the Center by demonstrating a courteous, caring and professional manner.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Assists patients and visitors as they enter and leave the building.
• Identifies, responds to and attempts to resolve potential and actual concerns, problems, complaints and inquiries.
• Responds to emergencies (e.g. fires, floods, bomb scares, power failures, toxic spills, weather) as outlined in the Emergency Preparedness Plan.
• Monitors assigned entranceway and respond to inquiries for advice or assistance.
• Provides concierge services to patents and guests.
• Completes visitor screenings as required.

CORE SKILLS:

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM.

 

Pay Range $22.52-$31.13
