Mantle Network is the fifth largest L2 by TVL according to L2BEAT. mETH Protcol's receipt token $mETH is the fourth largest ETH liquid staking token by TVL according to DefiLlama. With tokens worth $2.5 billion, Mantle Treasury is one of the largest on-chain treasuries in the world, and the single largest when discounting native tokens thanks to it.

Your Role

• Engage & Advocate:

  • Be a brand advocate and public-facing community leader

  • Coordinate and host live online events. (ideally on camera)

  • Continuously grow and retain the Mantle community across each Innovation Pillar on Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other relevant channels.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the DeFi, NFT, and GameFi ecosystems, ensuring our community is ahead of the curve in innovation and partnership potential.

• Build:

  • Work with the team on creative community programming that aligns with product launches and business goals.

  • Collaborate on community and marketing campaigns and GTM strategies for ecosystem growth and engagement.

  • Leverage web3 tools and products to onboard, gamify, and enhance the community experience.

  • Continuously iterate on new programs, events, campaigns, and incentives to drive a thriving community.

• Manage:

  • Oversee community program participants, including creators, moderators, and event organizers.

  • Maintain and implement best security practices across community channels.

  • Ensure operational excellence by being organized and meeting deadlines.

  • Implement and maintain strong operational security practices.

  • Utilize tools and bots to manage and engage the community while ensuring security and a positive experience.

Your Craft

• Comfortable and capable of working with a global team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Excellent live event host with the ability to capture audiences' attention with your unique voice and perspective. Experience designing and coordinating unique events, guiding live discussions, and creating engaging live and recorded content that drives engagement and makes the Mantle community unique.

• Yapper: Active on Twitter, regularly creating content and engaging with others.

• Crypto Native: Hands-on experience with on-chain apps and a personal passion for exploring Web3 (DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Social,etc) with personal interest and active engagement in across Ethereum and other chains.

• Meme brain and strong content background: Ability to engage and capture community attention through memes and creative content.

• Self-motivated, and proactive problem solver with the mindset of an Owner

• A strategic thinker with creative ideas:

  • Willing to experiment and iterate to follow narratives, community interests, and react to insights gathered from previous experiments.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making to optimize community campaigns and drive business outcomes. Ability to approach problems from first principles, define clear goals, execute in alignment with those goals, and tell clear stories based on the data available.

• Community Leader:

  • A mentor and guide for others in the community. Able to support others to reach their goals

  • Ability to motivate community members toward ambitious goals and create a sense of unity.

  • Ability to establish, nurture, and maintain relationships, fostering collaboration between community members.
