What You’ll Do

  • Own key dealer and OEM customer relationships across the full rail engine lifecycle: from product introduction and reliability validation through overhaul cycles and engine replacement… while managing multiple large locomotive fleet programs end-to-end.

  • Provide hands-on technical and commercial support to the global rail engines team, serving as a primary interface to product groups and translating complex topics into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and lifecycle initiatives with Cat product teams by defining ratings, components, and lifecycle support packages, and creating customer-ready deliverables (A&I documentation, OMM updates, and reliability validation materials).

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across the global Cat rail team, product groups, dealers, customers, and Progress Rail by keeping technical and commercial teams aligned, informed, and moving fast.

  • Use customer, market, and product insights to influence strategy for Cat rail engine products and services by helping define where we win, how we support fleets, and what we build next.
