SUMMARY:

The Simulation Laboratory Manager oversees the daily operations and strategic development of the nursing simulation center and teaches in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. The primary goal is to achieve International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL) endorsement for our program's simulation-based education. The Manager will focus heavily on designing, implementing, and evaluating simulation experiences that rigorously foster and assess clinical judgment in students. This position is grant funded through July 31, 2027 and is renewable for the duration of the grant. Continued employment is contingent upon availability of funds.
