What You’ll Do:

• Start Strong: As an entry-level marketer, you’ll be out in the field, representing FHIA Remodeling, and making an impact with our canvassing campaigns.

• Learn and Grow: Achieve key milestones for promotion into management—usually within 3-9 months—based on performance.

• Master Sales & Leadership: Get hands-on experience delivering presentations on energy-efficient windows, doors, and roofing. As you grow, you’ll train and mentor new team members.

• Expand Your Impact: Opportunities to manage teams, grow new markets, and even travel with the company to new locations.
