What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable hybrid Salesforce Developer and Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer / Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business operations and enhance overall efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and development, extensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices, and proficient ability with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization
• 3+ years experience of Salesforce Development
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, security, and governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior administrators or Salesforce teams
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
