The Boeing Company’s Total Rewards (TR) organization is seeking a Senior Strategy and Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to support the Vice President of Total Rewards to execute on a variety of projects and drive overall engagement and knowledge of our Total Rewards programs.

This ideal location of this role is Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Renton, WA or Tukwila, WA but the team is also open to Chicago, IL; North Charleston, SC; Berkeley, MO, Mesa, AZ;  Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL;  San Antonio, TX; Oklahoma City, OK, Seal Beach, CA; Long Beach CA; Titusville, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Colorado Springs, CA or Ridley Park, PA.

The selected candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong project management and organizational skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a TR professional who is passionate about educating Boeing’s Human Resources (HR) team, people leaders, and employees regarding Boeing’s compensation and benefits offerings and programs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Educate HR, managers and employees on compensation philosophy, salary structures, incentive plans, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and other related programs
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards teams to ensure educational content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with HR, labor relations, and leaders globally to understand the needs of the business and be responsive to their feedback
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to explain complex benefits and compensation topics in an understandable manner
  • Design, develop, and implement education programs focused on employee benefits, compensation policies, and related HR programs
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee compensation and benefits education
  • Deliver outcomes while working in a dynamic, fast paced, high visibility, and ambiguous environment
  • Guide and facilitate the development, implementation, and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
  • Assist the vice president’s chief of staff on initiatives to advance Total Rewards priorities
  • Assist in task management and provide expert business advice
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in benefits and compensation education

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in HR education, with a focus on employee benefits and compensation
  • Experience with compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA)
  • Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs and materials
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools
  • Experience translating complex HR topics into clear, engaging educational content

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
