About the Team

We are expanding our Sales Excellence team in Poland. We drive cross-regional and overarching sales topics from a divisional view with standardized commercial excellence processes and tools. We are responsible for the global sales process, sales support, and training.

 
What you can look forward to as a Customer Documents Officer (m/f/d):

• Is responsible for the realization of a requested evaluation and organizes it within DIV T and oversees the entire evaluation until the process is finished;
• Deep knowledge of IATF requirements and is responsible for the maintenance of the DIV T CSR list (audit relevant);
• Being responsible for the consistent global management of top-level customer contracts, (e.g. Terms &Conditions, Warranty Terms, and Development agreements) within DIV T for all customer accounts with focus on EMEA;
• Manage and coordinate CuDo reviews and negotiations with Sales, Legal, and subject-matter experts, internally and potentially with the customer.

 

Your Profile as a Customer Documents Officer (m/f/d):

• Technical or commercial university degree;
• Professional experience: 4 to 6 years, strong commercial experience within sales or commercial function, preferably in an automotive related industry;
• Any form of Legal knowledge/qualification would be preferred;
• Experience of and with MS Office suite of applications;
• Flexible, self-motivated, as well as an ability to work on one's own initiative;
• Some prior knowledge of ZF and its Division T;
• Structured way of working, analytical thinking, as well as excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing;
• Proficiency in English required for general contract-related communication; second or third language (e.g. German, French, Polish) would be an advantage.
