Field Sales Representative- Hemp Brands

Your Role:
As a Field Sales Representative based in South Florida, you will represent our esteemed in-house brands, Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction. You’ll be the vibrant face of The Pack Labs, actively engaging with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores. Your mission is to elevate our brand presence and educate both retailers and consumers about the unique benefits of our products.


Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging Presentations: Conduct dynamic in-store demonstrations to educate retail staff and consumers about our products, highlighting their unique benefits and our brand values.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with key retail partners, enhancing sales opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proactive Outreach: Initiate targeted outreach, including cold calls to potential retail partners, to introduce our product line and secure new marketing opportunities.
• Event Representation: Represent The Pack Labs at industry events and local activations, boosting brand visibility and fostering community engagement.
• Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform our marketing and product development strategies.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work with sales teams to develop and implement strategies that align with brand goals and increase market share.

• Ability to travel extensively within the South Florida area, with occasional trips beyond, including setting up and breaking down promotional events.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and office productivity tools to manage relationships and track engagement activities.
• Physical ability to manage promotional setups and product demonstrations.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Prior sales or brand ambassador experience in the hemp, cannabis, CBD, or alternative product space.

• Competitive Salary: 
  • Field Sales Representative I: $16 - $21 an hour, plus performance incentives based on brand engagement and sales results
  • Field Sales Representative II: $45,000 to $50,000, plus performance incentives based on brand engagement and sales results
