Pure Storage is looking for a highly experienced and strategic individual to join our team as the Director of Global Distribution. This pivotal role requires someone with a deep understanding of the Tech industry, particularly within the data center space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing global distribution networks, particularly within SaaS, Cybersecurity, or AdTech sectors.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

• Pure is looking for a leader to develop and execute a comprehensive global distribution strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Leverage extensive experience in the data center space to guide distribution strategies specific to our industry.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Bring a wealth of experience in managing global distribution networks, having held key roles with a focus on EMEA, APJ, and North America markets.
• Ensure that distribution models are optimized for each region, taking into account local nuances and challenges.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors globally, ensuring collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Work closely with distributors to address challenges, optimize performance, and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align distribution strategies with broader business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• Minimum of 7 to 10+ years experience in a senior leadership role within global distribution, ideally in the data center, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or AdTech sectors. 
• Proven experience managing distribution networks on a global scale, with a focus on EMEA, APJ, and North America.
• In-depth understanding of the data center industry, with a track record of adapting distribution strategies to industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of developing and executing innovative global distribution strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to various stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and manage high-performance teams effectively.

The annual base salary range is: $228,900.00 - $366,800.00 Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
