This is a hybrid position located in Columbus Ohio and you will be required to come into the office as needed.
Responsible for administering the Investments' internal control program and crisis management/recovery planning. Job responsibilities include:
•Key Process Oversight ‒Maintain accuracy and completeness of core Investments process documentation (process flows/risk & control data). Complete annual validation process with respective process owners to ensure accuracy/completeness of documentation through review/update/confirmation of the data.•Risk Oversight ‒Coordinate enterprise oversight efforts within Investments. Efforts will occur throughout the year based upon predetermined schedules and arising issues/needs.•Crisis Management/ Recovery Planning ‒Coordinate efforts within Investments to improve the overall business recovery readiness. Efforts will include the following: Coordination of annual office-wide business recovery deliverables. Provide support to the owners/coordinators/planners for annual plan reviews/updates and validation activities.-•Control/ Process Assessments ‒Continue efforts to improve the overall risk profile of Investments. Completion of objective "Deep Dive" assessments and efforts involved in specific process reviews. Assessments are designed to review/test the design/performance of controls and determine the overall efficiency/effectiveness of current processes. Assessments may result in recommended improvement opportunities.This role does not qualify for employer sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.
