Marketing Assistant - PRN

Description

As a part of Fetter Health Care Network's patient centered medical home care team, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts. This role will focus on managing the organization’s social media platforms and maintaining website content to ensure consistent brand messaging, increased engagement, and optimal online presence.

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and create regular reports to assess growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, programs, and campaigns.
• Update and maintain website content, including text, images, event pages, and blog posts.
• Ensure all website content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
• Work with web developers or IT when technical issues arise.
• Optimize web content for SEO and accessibility.
• Assist in the development of digital campaigns and promotional materials.
• Support the creation of email newsletters and digital communications.
• Maintain digital asset libraries (photos, videos, logos, etc.).
• Track marketing efforts and assist with performance analytics.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management and/or website content management.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wax).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
