About the role

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Intern will provide support to the Corporate HR Department. This position plays a role in the human resources life cycle (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, employee engagement).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assists with the on-boarding process (e.g., processing background checks, and I-9s, sending out new hire packages and submitting new hire notifications)
  • Support the recruitment process (e.g., posting jobs, sources resumes, scheduling and managing interviews, generating offer letters)
  • Assists in the implementation of a broad array of human resources programs/events (e.g., Internship Program, IPG Scholarship Program)
  • Assists with other HR-related annual projects/processes as needed
  • Assists in the exit interview process (e.g., schedules exit interviews, distribute exit emails, monitor exit interview feedback)
  • Perform HR duties as needed

SALARY RANGE or NYC SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $16 to $18. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
