THE ROLE

The Executive Assistant will serve as a key administrative support role within the Legends Global Sales team, specifically supporting our College and Managed Venues portfolios. This individual will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative, operational and organizational tasks to ensure the leadership team can focus on driving revenue and building client relationships.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and loves to make things run smoother and smarter.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership teams across the Legends Global Sales College and Managed Venues divisions
  • Manage complex and shifting calendar across time zones and priorities (internal, client-facing, and global travel), scheduling internal and external meetings, calls, and site visits.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from team meetings.
  • Coordinate CRM updates and ensure all records are accurate and up to date (Salesforce or other platforms).
  • Help coordinate internal and external presentation development by compiling key assets, data, and templated materials.
  • Support contract management processes, including document routing, execution tracking, and digital filing.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and client-facing events
  • Serve as a liaison across internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members by preparing tools, resources, and access to systems.
  • Track progress against major business priorities, OKRs, and deadlines for the EVPs and leadership team.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Complete and manage expense reports

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE    

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-functioning business operations/support role (preferably in sports, media, entertainment, private equity, or tech).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced training or experience in project management, business communication, or executive support is a plus.
