Senior Digital Product Owner SVP - TAMPA

The Senior Product Owner and Manager is a Senior Vice President responsible for managing one or more the digital/technical platforms for which Citi Productivity Digital Solutions is responsible

Responsibilities:

•Core Responsibility is to manage one or more technology platforms for the global productivity organization. This leader will coordinate with relevant stakeholders including vendors, technology, information security, risk and control, Centers of Excellence, and end-users to create and oversee the execution of a roadmap for product improvement. This team member will also be responsible for governance for use of platform and Centers of Excellence and enabling platform compliance to applicable laws, regulations, and Citi policies.•Secondary Responsibility is to evaluate and advise on creation of use cases in owned platform and other tools•Tertiary Responsibility to provide subject matter expertise and project leadership for critical technology projects•Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

•10+ Years of Experience•Experience leading technical deployments or developing technology solutions•Experience in product management•Experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, or process simplification•Advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint required•Program/Project Management Skills•Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, consumer technology partners, and global and regional collaborators•Strong strategic thinking and organization skills•Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and possess a bold, curious and determined approach while being a strong team player•Able to drive a challenger and catalyst focus during all interactions related to digital solutions and efficiency at Citi

Education:

•Bachelor's degree in business / finance / engineering (or a related discipline)•MBA or advanced degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
