Senior OutSystems Developer (Freelance)

You will work in a Development team that is working on one of our largest projects in OutSystems, in which we are migrating many business processes from SAP WFM to a newly built middleware layer in OutSystems.</p><p></p><p>As a Senior developer you are part of the OutSystems team within C&amp;IT Pensions which ensures you of working together with the top of the OutSystems community at NN.</p><p></p><p><b>What you are going to do</b></p><ul><li>As an OutSystems developer you are responsible for following an Agile Scrum approach when developing business applications. You support feature delivery demos, production deployments and supporting overall solution rollout procedures and you are also responsible for run ops tasks after Go Life</li><li>You support the product owner by converting user demands into technical requirements for the sprint backlog. You then align these with DevOps team members and analysts to arrive at the best possible solution</li><li>You are responsible for the application architecture, quality of the developed code and fixing production issues. You take an active role in determining possible improvements, realizing adjustments while testing your own and other’s code</li><li>You lead by example and coach other developers in- and outside your team to work in OutSystems to our company’s best practices and way or working</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer you</b></p><p>Our people are the driving force behind our organisation. Dutch language skills are a plus</li><li>Experience in the financial industry (life insurance) and internal applications is also a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you will work with</b></p><p>C&amp;IT Pensions is situated within Life &amp; Pensions and is the driver of technological innovation within this business unit. Next to our OutSystems department we service Cloud, AI and Data solutions towards the business.
