Our VCA teams offers</p><p> </p><p>VCA Hub team is looking for an individual to join our VCA Europe team and play a vital role developing VCA European practice areas as per clients and market needs and lead the content developments, knowledge management and service industrialization around it.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What we expect of you, day to day.</strong></p><p><u><em>This position can be based in London or Paris. </em></u></p><p>As a Senior Manager (Solutions &amp; Content Lead for VCA Europe), you will be supporting the Head of Portfolio Optimization &amp; Solutions and will be working with all Practice area teams and its respective leads being responsible for orchestrating and governing the VCA Europe Practice Areas developments, share knowledge and content across VCA Europe, stakeholder functions and VCA globally and develop training programs to upskill the VCA Europe team.</p><p> </p><p>The Senior Manager (Innovation &amp; Design Lead) VCA Europe will report to VCA Portfolio Optimization &amp; Solutions Lead, Europe and work towards the team’s and business goals and assist in the delivery of service industrialization, leading communication and facilitating trainings to elevate knowledge within the VCA European team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p><p> </p><p>Our dynamic team of is looking for a solution-oriented, efficient, and self-driven Senior Solutions &amp; Content Manager, with a passion to develop knowledge, content and assets across exciting topics shaping the future of payments in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders. It should be someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, practice and program management experience, big picture mindset and ability to break it down into single initiatives!</p><p> </p><p><strong>Core responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><p>Be a champion for work delivered by the Practice area teams across Europe, developing compelling content and assets to increase efficiency and scalability of our team’s knowledge, our thought-leadership and our perspective on payments industry capabilities and trends.</p><p> </p><p>Help to identify channels and platforms to share our work and impact (internal and external) – e.g., articles, video content, newsletters, event presentations, Visa portals for internal team updates, etc.</p><ul><li><p>Drive scale and industrialization to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency and continue to drive practice maturing and industrialization across our VCA practice areas</p></li><li><p>Continue to standardize and industrialize our service offerings to scale project delivery</p></li><li><p>Steer the developments of EU Practice Areas, Service Lines and Engagement Types</p></li><li><p>Ensure leverage / recycling of clusters assets in support of solution industrialization (model, best practice, methodology)</p></li><li><p>Attend, support and align with VCA Global Solutions team and VCA EU stakeholders on the progress of global solutions developments</p></li><li><p>Responsible for quarterly Steerco sessions and provide regular (monthly) management updates on industrialization progress and status of maturity and</p></li><li><p>Leading building a catalogue of all standardized service offering linked to the PA’s platform channels with the respective content and material on MS Teams home pages as well as the service catalogue</p></li><li><p>Export EU-specific set-plays to support other regions to be shared on KX and support Global solutions roll-outs</p></li><li><p>Continue to drive knowledge management and knowledge sharing culture by improving and maintaining content on MS Teams asset-ups as main platform and improve team interaction and effectiveness of VCA EU internal communications</p></li><li><p>Drive inte
