We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Consultant to join our team and help shape the future of digital transformation in the life sciences industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of science, technology, and consulting. We are looking for someone who can think holistically, communicate effectively, and guide clients through complex decisions with confidence and empathy.

 

 

Your role in our team

  • You will lead strategic consulting engagements focused on digital transformation in manufacturing and clinical operations
  • Advise clients on the implementation and optimization of MES systems (especially PAS-X) and their integration with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and other systems
  • Collaborate with software and product teams to shape tools that meet real-world needs, especially in cell and gene therapy and other new modalities
  • Facilitate workshops, develop best practices, and contribute to industry thought leadership through publications and speaking engagements
  • You will build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and helping them navigate strategic decisions
  • Participate in industry groups and communities of practice, including steering committees and conferences
  • Provide mentorship and leadership across internal teams and client engagements
  • You will influence internal knowledge and strategy by staying current with emerging technologies and trends in biotech, pharma, and digitalization. Identify industry challenges and develop solutions

 

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a PhD is considered a plus
  • You bring over 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with substantial exposure to manufacturing, clinical trials, or cell/gene therapy
  • You have 7+ years of hands-on experience with PAS-X or similar MES (Manufacturing Execution System) platforms
  • You have a strong background in designing and executing complex processes, beyond simply implementing tools
  • You have demonstrated success working on large-scale, data-driven initiatives
  • You have a proven track record in consulting, product management, or strategic advisory roles
