It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your contribution to something big:</strong></p><p><br/> Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the company’s corporate IT division in Germany. In our, dynamic and multicultural support team we take the responsibility of Maintenance &amp; Support related topics for our HR IT systems from the global application specialist perspective that oversees the activities all around the world.</p><p>Our team is looking for a <strong>Global Application Specialist</strong> who will be responsible for Maintenance and Support activities worldwide for a Digital Adoption Platform ("<em>EnableMe</em>"), assuming the following responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Plan and manage strategic development of the Digital Adoption platform (via regular releases/ sprints) together with the product owner;</li><li>Implement and provide solutions as per the business requirements;</li><li>Prioritization and backlog management;</li><li>Incident management: Investigate recurrence and patterns of support needs to design holistic solutions. Liaise with subject-matter experts, process team, stakeholders where escalation is needed;</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owner, IT developers and other support teams;</li><li>Continuous process improvement, collaborations, and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as: Data Security, Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts of different applications, etc;</li><li>Planning and Coordination of Change requests, releases, testing and updates;</li><li>Responsible for all M&amp;S activities with the team in India;</li><li>Analyze, Implement, and document processes and KPI´s;</li><li>Monitor vendor SLA´s alongside with technical team;</li><li>Drive planning and implementation of Analytics/Insights module;</li><li>Provide training and enabling sessions as and when required.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What distinguishes you:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or similar;</li><li>Previous Experience in HR Applications and SuccessFactors;</li><li>Development and experience with IT systems or applications support is a plus;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Word, Power Point and Excel);</li><li>Strong knowledge of Jira;</li><li>Logical, structured, assertive, proactive, and effective way of working within international virtual teams;</li><li>Target and solution oriented;</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills;</li><li>Excellent in presentation skills;</li><li>Global mindset, Team oriented, resourceful, ability to work on a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask;</li><li>Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level). German is a plus.</li></ul>
