About our Program:   

Pacific Clinics' School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) provide tiered behavioral health services across various locations (e.g., school sites, community, and via telehealth). SBIT services are delivered within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), with a focus on Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS), Wellness Center implementation, Social Emotional Learning, Restorative Practices, various evidence-based practices to support Community School efforts.

Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal-eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.    

Compensation We Offer

•  The initial compensation for this position ranges from $85,050.01 - $104,600.79 annually.
•  Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity considerations.
•  The salary may also vary if you reside in a different location than the location posted. 
•  8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications.
•  5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions.

JOB SUMMARY

Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Acts on behalf of the executive sponsor with full delegated authority to achieve defined outcomes by actively planning and managing the execution of strategic and critical projects. Participates in activities that develop, coordinate, and implement resources to respond to strategic and other business needs, improve the quality of agency services, and increase awareness of agency programs and services in the community. Has a robust knowledge of and experience in project management methodology and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Develops and manages comprehensive project plans (that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines) in support of agency strategic goals. 
2. Coordinates project activities and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
4. Facilitates meetings and communication channels between stakeholders and project team members.
5. Proactively identifies and monitors project risks, facilitating the development of mitigation strategies and/or contingency plans.
6. Provides change management consultation and leadership to project teams and other agency stakeholders through change.
7. Develops, implements, and manages quality improvement project plans.
8. Develops and supports methods and platforms to improve communication between executive leadership, directors, managers, and line staff. Supports standardization of business procedures and rollouts of new technologies and corporate policies or pr
