Job Description

The Digital Product Designer will report to the Digital Design Director and support the design direction across all products and experiences for the client. This is an opportunity for a designer to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You meld your passion for designing visually appealing products and thinking strategically to establish the appropriate design culture and process.

• Work independently to execute projects across the entire project lifecycle
• Design user flows and experiences that are both simple and elegant 
• Create new experiences or layouts that contribute to evolving or defining visual systems
• Proactively solicit feedback from peers and managers to continuously improve
• Uphold an unwavering standard for execution, ensuring deliverables exhibit both exceptional quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience designing mobile and web applications 
• Experience working with Figma, with exposure to other common tools such as Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, Confluence, Storybook, etc. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when facing ambiguous situations 
• Desire to work in an Agile development environment (Kanban or Scrum) 
• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality products to market
• Track record of creating designs that result in measurable impact
• A genuine passion for crafting exceptional experiences that resonate with users
• Ability to effectively communicate & defend design decisions with clients with a focus on meeting business objectives
• Excitement to bring clients’ strategic direction to life through design
• Prior experience in a startup environment, showcasing your ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving setting
• Interested in contributing to building a world-class digital product creative department within a fast-growing global enterprise
• Must reside in either NY or CA     

Additional Information

Compensation & Benefits 

Compensation for this opportunity ranges between $83,000 and $126,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
