This position exists to provide undergraduate student recruitment as well as develop and facilitate co-curricular programming for students enrolled in the Rollins College of Business.
Student Recruitment
Coordinates recruitment of undergraduate students to the Rollins College of Business. Liaises between Decosimo Success Center and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for campus tours, university preview events, and university sponsored city tours in the state of Tennessee. Develops and implements undergraduate student recruitment plan for the Rollins College of Business. Develops meaningful and intentional relationships with area high schools and community colleges to recruit students to the Rollins College of Business. Trains student staff and other student leaders for participation in recruitment activities and events. Participates in Rollins College of Business and UTC recruitment events and programs.
Program Implementation
Programming includes co-curricular support, workshops, and events for students enrolled in the Rollins College of Business. Develops, coordinates, and executes co-curricular programs and workshops to all students in the Rollins College of Business that increase community, support academic progress, persistence, and retention for students within the Rollins College of Business. The employee deliverables are based on the direction and guidance of the Director of the Decosimo Success Center.
Additional responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the Director of the Decosimo Success Center.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
