Student Summer Help (Seasonal Employee)

What you will be doing

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

 

Production Support

• Assisting production departments with general labor and operational tasks
• Supporting material handling, cleaning, and light assembly work
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area
• Following all safety, quality, and operational guidelines

 

Land & Building Support

• Cutting grass and maintaining company grounds
• Assisting with painting and light maintenance projects
• Supporting general building upkeep as needed

 

Assignments will vary based on operational needs and individual abilities.

What will make you successful?

Required Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in college or a recent college graduate.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors when applicable.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

 

Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:

• Interest in manufacturing, skilled trades, facilities, or maintenance work.
• Ability to take direction and work independently when needed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
