Human Resources Assistant

Our primary purpose is to provide fully integrated, sustainable HVAC Systems.</li> <li>Leader in the industry for over 40 years with innovative technologies, unmatched service, competitive pricing, and rapid lead times.</li> <li>Mission: to provide the highest quality products and service to our users at the lowest possible price</li> <li>Strong commitment to the development of our employees, including continuous education opportunities&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.</p> <p><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer timekeeping and support payroll accuracy</li> <li>Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation for plant employees</li> <li>Support performance management and employee disciplinary processes for attendance</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain personnel records and HR systems data</li> <li>Assist employees with benefits and leave administration</li> <li>Perform other HR duties as necessary</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications/Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 to 4 yr degree in HR or related field preferred</li> <li>Internship or relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Demonstrated punctuality, reliability and attention to detail</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Office and overall technology skills</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred or similar ATS preferred</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment</li> <li>This position is <strong>on-site only.</strong> Remote work is not available for this position.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance&nbsp;</li> <li>Disability &
