Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. IN ROOM DINING SERVER 

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for an In Room Dining Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Always just a telephone call away, around the clock, the In-Room Dining team provides a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests’ rooms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• The In-Room Dining Server offers guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience while conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city.  

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! 

• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required. In-Room Dining Servers offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service. 

• The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required.
