Tribalco is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operating Systems Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to ensure that all required documents are attached to remedy tickets for above baseline acquisition requirements.
• Prepare and track invoices to organizations requiring above baseline services in support of the Fort Hood NEC.
• Prepares and/or complies information from current and future IT and telecommunications systems helpdesk tickets i.e., Remedy, for NEC reimbursable services.
• Prepares graphs and charts to analyze trends in above base line requirements and provides estimated cost data to the NEC for use in resource management decisions.
• Conduct research of records, reports, functional statements, operating regulations, directives and other pertinent sources to gather, correlate, and analyze and provide to the Business Branch Chief for acceptance.
• Have experience with MS Office.

Education and Certifications
- Preferred Experience 3-5 years
Clearance
- Active Secret Government Security Clearance is required.
