Manager, Operations Specialist

The Manager of the Operations Specialist will be responsible for the oversight and supervision of the team of remote associates that support wider circles back end operations. This person will manage and support the field team in back end operational processes, with the goal of identifying and creating automatic back end processes. This operational leader will create and develop quarterly, key performance indicators (KPIs), to measure progress against goals and supervise their areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

This Manager will provide essential feedback to upper management with regard to processes and process improvement, membership activity, membership needs, and overall contribution to goals.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight/guidance/leadership/training by effectively supporting/monitoring all member back end operations involving registering, scheduling, and enrolling.
• Provide operations support for new program expansion, In-Person and Virtual teams, and Membership Experience
• Accurate and on-time delivery of membership registration and scheduling of events
• Assure all clients have events scheduled a minimum of 8 weeks in advance
• Manage and assure the team is responding to OPS request in a timely manner within a 24-hour period
• Manage the team in assuring the creation and maintain a log of chapter groups and PINs for facilitators based on regions.
• Support Area Managers and Marketing/Data team with the Newsletter process.
• Weekly review of all scheduled Kickoffs to ensure minimum attendance requirements are met.
• Monitor the success of the program through tracking member participation and feedback.
• Create and develop appropriate operating procedures for Connect for Life and all back end operation procedures
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Adjust the operating plan, as needed, based on data.
• Provide periodic reports on membership activities and results for the assigned team(s).
• Support the field team and area managers in training on back end operations.

Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing/Sales or related field.
• Experience in Operations and Management.
• Experience and ability in computer skills to effectively navigate web-based systems, as well as digital devices.
• Financial and operational planning skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare field is a plus.
• Sales and management skills.
• Decision-making and leadership skills.
• Excellent organization and team building skills.
• Result-oriented approach.
• Display superior skills in SalesForce, Tableau, Google Docs, Google Calendars, and Monthly Newsletter/Calendars in Sagely.

• Volunteer Experience is a plus.
• A pleasant and outgoing personality.
