Job Description

Digital Workplace (DW) – User Education & Knowledge Management (UEKM) team is looking for an Adoption and Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration and utilization of our technology solutions across the firm. This strategic position is responsible for leading change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that technology adoption aligns with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Adoption and Change Management: Support and coordinate the user engagement strategy and approach for respective projects, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • User Education: Collaborate with SMEs and Product Owners to develop learning resources such as 'cheat sheets' and best practices using SharePoint Online. Lead product adoption by conducting webinars and interactive sessions. Utilize diverse communication methods including podcasts or "Tech Talks" to engage users.
  • DW Knowledge Share: Facilitate cross-departmental knowledge sharing to enhance user experience and prevent overlap. Compile and maintain DW newsletters to keep the team informed of weekly highlights.
  • Business Engagement: Work with employee engagement partners to communicate DW initiatives to stakeholders. Gather feedback from Technology Ambassadors (TAP) and G-TAP volunteers for early product release or service changes.
  • New Products & Services: Establish benchmarks for digital user experience changes. Provide constructive feedback to SMEs, Product Managers and vendors. Assist in drafting communications in line with T&O Comms strategy.
  • Regional Coordination: Act as the regional coordinator for the UEKM AMRS team, ensuring alignment with global change initiatives and supporting a follow-the-sun model. Utilize Microsoft Power Bi for team reporting and data visualization.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

  • Communication & Technical Writing: Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and non-verbal - with the ability to simplify technical terms for end-users. Experience in conducting training sessions and webinars.
  • End-User Computing Products: Knowledge of various Operating Systems, computing options, and virtualized environments. Understanding of M365 and cybersecurity basics.
  • Organizational Skills & Flexibility: Strong time management, multitasking abilities with focus on quality assurance. Adaptable and capable of working under pressure, both collaboratively and independently.
  • Extensive Knowledge and Experience with M365 Suite and Microsoft Power Platform: Proficient in the M365 suite and Microsoft Power Platform, with extensive experience in enhancing team productivity and collaboration, developing innovative business solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, and skilled in mentoring staff, automating processes, creating data-driven insights, and deploying applications to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.


 

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
