Salary range compensation by hours worked is determined by several factors, including experience, seniority, the agency’s budget, and the nature of the role (e.g., short-term contract vs. full-time position). For union-represented roles, compensation will follow the applicable bargaining unit salary schedule rules and regulations

Job Opening:

The Department of Conservation and Recreation seeks applicants for the position of Seasonal Forest & Park Supervisor III.

The Seasonal Forest & Park Supervisor III is responsible for supervising a team of staff to deliver excellent visitor services and interpretive programs. The incumbent of this position assists in created staffing schedules, training interpreters, delivering public programs, facilitating events, and compiling reports regarding visitor and interpretive services. Salaries are based upon full-time/40 hours worked per week. Work schedules and days off are at the discretion of the Supervisor. This position may require working weekends and/or holidays.

DUTIES:

Supervision & Staff Management:
Supervise a team of Visitor Services- seasonal employees and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance fe
