Your role in our mission
Take charge and focus on how we can meet critical needs to help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
As member of the Pharmacy Solutions Product team, the Business Analyst will work with Analytics, Engineering and Operations subject matter experts to support the development of the solution Features and User Stories that will be used to develop key product functionality including operational processing and analytics reports and dashboard.
The ideal BA candidate is a self-directed, innovative thinker who is familiar with product specific subject matter. They can facilitate cross functional groups and interpret end-user terminology into requirements for engineers to design/develop into functional system updates and analytic models.
- Evaluates existing process performance, and documents opportunities for improvement
- Research subject information and gather relevant market intelligence as needed
- Interacts with technical and operational resources to address development problems and achieve outcomes.
- Supports the development of detailed business requirements using standard tools and processes.
- Provides expertise in how business requirements reflect needed capabilities and serves as an initial point of contact for stakeholders in executing product development and enhancement roadmap priorities.
- Coordinates review and feedback of concepts with key stakeholders and updates documents as required.
- Supports the development and maintenance of Pharmacy Solutions product roadmaps by documenting and updating materials and systems as required.
- As needed participates in the governance for evaluating, tracking and reporting product development and enhancement process.
What we're looking for
- 9+ years of healthcare related product management, health plan management business analysis, business re-engineering, business transformation, financial analysis, business architecture or related experience
- Experience working in a Business Analyst in a Healthcare technology setting
- Experience with Agile Product Development practices and interfacing with Product Development, Engineering teams
- Pharmacy/PBM experience required, and Medicaid experience preferred
- Experience in business process documentation and information modeling tools and techniques
