Summary

Your role in our mission

  • Collaborate with Project Manager to develop and document tailored quality plans for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with established software development standards and best practices.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation, including quality metrics, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations, analyzing objective and subjective evidence to verify compliance with standards and quality plans. Generate detailed reports, escalating unresolved issues to appropriate leadership levels.

  • Independently assess the quality of work products, researching alternative solutions to problems and providing verbal or written recommendations to relevant parties. Assist in implementing approved recommendations.

  • Analyze defect metrics data independently, presenting findings verbally and through written reports. Offer recommendations for addressing defects and actively participate in special projects, external audits, and process improvements to support quality assurance initiatives. Assist in defining and maintaining an effective quality program, including providing training to affected staff.

What we're looking for

  • Valid pharmacy technician license/certification/registration as required by state law. If national certification is required, it must be from an accredited pharmacy technician certification program (e.g., PTCB, ExCPT, etc.)
  • General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet, and email is required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times.
  • Experience working with quality metrics and software industry metric data collection and analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with quality assurance principles and practices and software development.

What you should expect in this role

  • Work-from-home position
  • In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is $41,900.00 - $59,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
