We are seeking a Guest Service professional to provide a great guest experience to our patients and visitors at the hospital.

MONDAY through FRIDAY 8:30AM-5:00PM

QualificationsDUTIES INCLUDE:

Greet all patients in a welcoming manner
Patient screening
Wheelchair and sanitation assistance
Communicate with guests effectively and offer Way-finding
Identify additional customer service opportunities
Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
Perform other related duties required to maintain a compassionate and safe environment for all patients, guests, and medical personnel.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Positive and friendly attitude
COVID-19 VACCINATION
Clean-cut appearance
Fluent in English and well spoken
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Minimum 2yrs customer service experience
