Senior Auditor - Data Scientist/Data Analyst (Assistant Vice President)

<p><u><b>Team/Role Overview:</b></u></p><p></p><p>The Senior Auditor is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth subject matter expertise to contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for the area or function and help Citi reach business goals.<br/><br/><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Perform moderately complex audits including drafting audit reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutions</p></li><li><p>Draft audit reports and present issues to the business while discussing practical cross-functional solutions</p></li><li><p>Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs</p></li><li><p>Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain Computer Assisted Audit Tools and Techniques (CAATTs) using SQL based analytical tools (e.g. Python, SAS, SSMS, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Perform independent testing of business data extractions and segmentations for completeness, accuracy, and applicability to internal audit testing and regulatory requirements across multiple platforms</p></li><li><p>Support Risk Based Audits and Issue Validation through independent testing of data sets across multiple platforms, including Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and other databases</p></li><li><p>Leverage data science (statistics, NLP, ML, AI) to conduct broad and deep testing to identify data quality concerns, or potential weaknesses in data governance</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines</p></li><li><p>Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely audit assurance and influence audit scope</p></li><li><p>Develop effective line management relationships to ensure strong understanding of the business</p></li><li><p><span>Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.</span></p></li><li><p>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup</p></li></ul><p><br/><b><u>Skills and Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li><p><b>At least 5 years of experience in data analytics/data science</b>; 3-4 years of which would be in Python coding, AI/ML model development, and deployment</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in developing ML use cases using IBM SaaS/Watson or comparable cloud solutions</p></li><li><p>Demonstrable expertise in generative AI models, including prompt engineering, performance optimization, and understanding of model limitations</p></li><li><p>Experience with advanced analytics, AI, ML, NLP, NLU, and LLM capabilities</p></li><li><p>Experience with API integration and testing</p></li><li><p>Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Subject matter expertise regarding audit technology’s application</p></li><li><p>Effective project management skills</p></li><li><p>Effective influencing and relationship management skills</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment</p></li></ul><p><br/><b><u>Education:</u></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s/University</span> degree in Data Science, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline; Master’s degree is preferred</p></li><li><p>CISA, PMP, Agile/Scrum, Cloud Computing, or related certifications are a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Benefits:</b></u></p><p></p><p>By joining Citi Solutions Center Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits such as:</p><p>Private Medical Care Program</p><p>Life Insurance Program</p><p>Pension Plan contribution (PPE Program)</p><p>Employee Assistance Program</p><p>Paid Parental Leave Program (maternity and paternity leave)</p><p>Sport Card</p><p>Holidays Allowance</p><p>Sport and team recreation activities</p><p>Special offers and discounts for employees</p><p>Access to an array of learning and development resources</p><p>A discretional annual performance related bonus</p><p>A chance to make a difference with various affinity networks and charity initiatives</p><p></p><p>Sounds like Citi has everything you need?
