If you’re ready to drive change in the sustainable energy sector, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!</strong></p><h3><strong>Your role</strong></h3><p>As our <strong>Senior Six Sigma Black Belt Expert</strong> you will be a key member of the newly created Center of Organisational Excellence. This team will play a pivotal role in supporting the scaling of Fastned by driving the governance of the strategic planning cycles (short-medium-long term plans). It will streamline and improve critical workflows and will act as a unifying force that drives cross functional collaboration and the standardisation of best practices for project management and process design across Fastned.</p><p></p><p><strong>The key responsibilities of our Six Sigma Black Belt expert will be:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Creating and implementing a Six Sigma strategy by working with the leadership teams and other stakeholders to determine specific goals, leading the Six Sigma effort across the company and its pursuit of efficiencies, as well as training and coaching Project teams in Black Belts and Green Belts expertise.</p></li><li><p>Managing and driving change through supporting functions with the efficient prioritization of initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Increasing cross functional collaboration and business productivity.</p></li><li><p>Maximizing output while minimizing cost.</p></li></ul><p>This role is based in Amsterdam and requires regular travel (25-30%) to our other European office locations.</p><h3><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></h3><p>You are an empathic person with a passion for bridging people &amp; processes. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to find opportunities and drive them to completion. Additionally, you bring along the following:</p><ul><li><p>Around 8-10 years experience as a six sigma black belt and a few years as a Master black belt; preferably in an international, fast growing environment.</p></li><li><p>Certification: Six sigma black belt.</p></li><li><p>Solid influencing skills to facilitate change without formal reporting lines by influencing and inspiring teams.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving abilities.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Passion for sustainability and the transition to electric mobility.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English.
