The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Acting as one central leadership point of contact for Solventum Revenue Cycle product implementation projects, both internally and externally. Coordinating internal resources, client and third party/vendors (as needed).

  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Manage changes to the projects’ scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track, and report progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Rev. Cycle Project Managers are assertive leaders of a team of implementation, integration, and training professionals that are experts at deploying Solventum solutions to our customers globally.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare or Information Systems industry

OR

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Healthcare or Information Systems industry.

  • 3 years of experience working directly with clients.

  • 3 years of project management experience in healthcare and/or information technology sector.

  • Proven experience in software deployment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Knowledge of Solventum HIS products.

  • Working knowledge of Health Information Management (HIM) and/or Health Information technology (HIT).

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams.

  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft
