Welcome to Bosch.</p><h3>Descrizione del lavoro</h3><p><strong>What will you take care of? </strong></p><p>As <strong>Plant Strategic Manufacturing Manager</strong><em> </em>at the Power Tools location Brembate, you will coordinate Manufacturing Operations (about 65 Employees) & Logistics (6 Employees) departments, reporting to the Plant Manager.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.</li><li>Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work-flow, space requirements, and equipment layout according to Bosch Production System (BPS) standards.</li><li>Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.</li><li>Review production schedules and estimate future requirements.</li><li>Be responsible for plant logistics processes including efficient operations.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations ensuring efficiency with cost wise orientation.</li><li>Steer the application of Power Tools procedures/processes to meet industry standards and best-in-class solutions</li><li>Ensure that all relevant competencies are covered, coach and develop individual team members</li><li>Provide transparency (risk & complexity) on ongoing activities to executive management</li></ul><h3>Qualifiche</h3><p><strong>What distinguishes you?</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong> M.Sc. in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</p><p><strong>Languages</strong>: English (B2 as minimum level), German as a plus.</p><p><strong>Experience and knowledge</strong>: Required experience in manufacturing environment; deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and lean management with a focus on monitoring and evaluating manufacturing and supply chain KPIs; Continuous Improvement Process know-how; managing crisis and supply chain interruptions; 5-to-10 years of professional experience.</p><p><strong>Personality: </strong>positive leadership; problem solving, communication (at all levels) and collaboration skills; self-management attitude; open mindset.</p><h3>Informazioni aggiuntive</h3><p>Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
