Novartis Pharmaceutical Manufacturing GmbH 1 Pilot Plant Operator About the Role<p></p><p></p>Location: Schaftenau, Austria<p></p><p></p>The Global Device and Packaging Development organisation is launching its first GMP manufacturing plant for assembling drug-device combination products at the Novartis Campus in Schaftenau. From 2026, the GDPD Pilot Plant will assemble pre-filled syringes into medical devices and support worldwide clinical trials. We are building a motivated team to set up and maintain all processes required to produce combination products and prepare the plant for its first batch and beyond.<p></p><p></p>· Execute manufacturing tasks according to schedule, ensuring timely production in the required quality and quantity<p></p>· Perform commissioning activities between warehouse and production according to process orders<p></p>· Prepare, print and consolidate batch documents and labels, and process entries in SAP<p></p>· Execute inbound deliveries and sampling of incoming goods according to local procedures<p></p>· Organize shipments and perform outbound deliveries in the warehouse<p></p>· Carry out assigned activities in line with GMP, work, operating, environmental and safety instructions<p></p>· Handle products properly and prepare shipments according to NVS and GMP standards<p></p>· Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, commissioning and SAP updates<p></p>· Report technical complaints, adverse events or special case scenarios within 24 hours<p></p><p></p>Minimum Requirements:<p></p><p></p>· Experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse management and GMP environment preferred<p></p>· SAP experience is a plus<p></p>· Careful and exact execution of assigned tasks<p></p>· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team<p></p>· Reliability and willingness to take responsibility<p></p>· Resilience to changes<p></p>· No shift work currently required, subject to change in later project phases<p></p>· Fluent German required<p></p><p></p>Division: Development<p></p>Business Unit: Development<p></p>Location: Austria / Schaftenau<p></p>Company / Legal Entity: AT33 (FCRS = AT033) Novartis Pharmaceutical Manufacturing GmbH<p></p><p></p>Apply to the Job: https://www.novartis.com/at-de/careers/career-search/job/details/req-10075210-pilot-plant-operator Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Pilot Plant Operator beträgt 39.171,30 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
