Job Description

Title: Advanced NAND Team Engineer Internship

Electrical characterization of forward-looking 3D NAND cell arrays, through bench measurements. Bench characterization will be performed on single-device test structures and/or on large arrays on product-like test vehicles, depending on the electrical parameter and Silicon maturity.

Education:  MSc candidate in Electronics Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of semiconductor device and solid-state memory device physics Analytical skill and basic coding competence. Strong motivation and curiosity
