Activities:

• Running comprehensive electrical characterization in Micron Vimercate labs of Cell array from Micron devices, including speed and reliability tests (cycling, retention, operative temperature,..) vs specifications.
• Analyzing both device algorithms and physical cell scaling impact on these aspects, for TLC (3Bit/cell) and QLC (4bit/cell) applications.
• Developing physical models to explain experimental data.

Suitable as thesis for Electronic engineering Master degree

Requirements:

• Electronic engineer (or similar) student at last year of master degree
• Theoretical background on semiconductor components

Attitude to team work, experimental analysis and modeling
