Role overview 

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with teams throughout the company in driving decision-making through financial analysis. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting new business segments and/or products; transforming operational and industry data into actionable models. This person will collaborate heavily with accounting on month-end close, reporting, and variance analytics, while also supporting their manager on short-term forecasting & long-term modeling processes

What you'll do

• Partner closely with business leaders across the organization to help VP-level leadership understand monthly and quarterly financial results; help leaders manage the P&L to budget and forecast.
• Assist in the short and long-term financial modeling and forecasting process with a deliberate focus on weekly/monthly trends.
• Collaborate with Accounting to support the month-end close process, including review and analysis of the general ledger, monthly accruals, and provide variance explanations.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Business Development in support of new business initiatives.
• Consistently assess ways in which analysis and process can be improved.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally working in corporate FP&A, Audit, and/or Consulting functions; CPA a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related major required.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to clearly articulate financial concepts and information.
• Self-starter that demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• NetSuite, OfficeConnect, Adaptive Insights, Zuora, and Tableau experience is a plus.
