What You'll Do:

• Complete service tickets and work orders to keep our workplace running efficiently, ensuring all employee requests are handled with accuracy and speed
• Conduct walkthrough inspections across 16 floors and perform event/meeting setups to support our collaborative work environment
• Manage department user moves, monitor office and kitchen supplies inventory, and assist in vendor relationship management to maintain seamless operations
• Provide hands-on support including physical tasks like moving furniture, assisting with large shipments, and ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards

 

What You'll Bring:

• 1-5 years of experience working as a Facilities Tech or in a similar role, with Office Manager or Administrative experience being a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and communicate efficiently with team members and business partners
• Strong technical knowledge including MS Office proficiency, familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.), and understanding of office management systems and procedures
• A reliable, professional attitude with customer service experience, patience, and a willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Physical capability to handle substantial effort including walking, lifting/moving heavy items, and working on-site 5 days per week with occasional weekend/night shifts

 

What You’ll Get: 

The target hourly pay for this position is $32.48 - $36.31. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
