Join the People & Culture team enabling Chronic Care in Coloplast

You will be part of a team of dedicated and skilled P&C colleagues all working with the same mission: Enabling Chronic Care to bring innovative solutions to market that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. As people partners, we work across the different functions, from senior leadership to interns, and from strategic direction setting to everyday HR administration - all supported by app. 30 great P&C people in Denmark and global colleagues around the world including our shared service center in Poland.

In Coloplast we have just launched a new strategy, Impact4, with the ambition of serving 4 million users, and consequently we have a range of interesting and effectful projects in the pipeline for the coming period, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the P&C agenda for Chronic Care Commercial Denmark.

 

 

Become the Senior P&C partner for Chronic Care Commercial

You will be a trusted advisor and the “go-to person” for several leadership teams headed up by both Vice Presidents and Senior Vice President.

 

Your tasks will be to:

 

• Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to your management teams on both strategy development and day-to-day support

• Function as a change agent, supporting managers with change management processes in the rollout of new initiatives both in Chronic Care Commercial and across HQ.

• Enable leaders, and leadership, through individual coaching and team development

• Support and guide hiring managers with recruitment processes from A-Z, primarily for leadership roles as you will have support from our highly skilled recruitment team in HQ.

• Enable leaders to build a high-performing culture in their respective teams and functions.

• Owning people cycle processes such as onboarding of managers, performance management, talent development and facilitating dialouges around our engagement survey.

• Drive functional specific organisational reviews and devlopment activities.

 

 

Collaborative profile with broad global experience

You have the skillset to work collaboratively across multiple functions, and know how to interact with people across levels, functions, and educational backgrounds.

 

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Have a relevant educational background

• Have broad and global experience across different HR disciplines, and ideally have experienced partnering with a commercial organization

• Are comfortable using data and insights to guide business decisions and influence stakeholders

• Speak and write English fluently

 

 

On a personal level, you balance being pragmatic, having a strong drive and being reflective and supportive. You are grounded in your personal values, speak your mind, and can stand your ground when needed.
