Our approach blends professional expertise, local intelligence, and positive working relationships with planning authorities.</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the assembly and management of multidisciplinary consultant teams;</li> <li>Regular and frequent reporting to Clients;</li> <li>Undertake negotiations on behalf of Clients to achievement of optimum development outcomes;</li> <li>A business-like approach to invoicing and debt management.</li> <li>Assist with the training, coaching and mentoring of more junior members of the team.</li> <li>Assist with the implementation of the Team’s Business Plan (i.e. helping grow the business through a variety of practice development activities, including preparing fee proposals and tenders).</li> <li>Please note, this list is not exhaustive and there may be a requirement to perform other tasks / duties that would reasonably be expected to be undertaken in the performance of the role.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Good academic results</li> <li>A member of the Irish Planning Institute or Royal Town Planning Institute</li> <li>pro
