<p><strong>We’re growing!</strong> Our Dublin Planning & Place Team are hiring Senior Planners/Associates in our Dublin Office. With an expanded and increasingly diverse portfolio of regeneration, healthcare and housing projects, this is an excellent opportunity to broaden your town planning experience and take the next step in your career.</p>

<p>Experience of working in a public or private planning context is essential. We welcome members of the IPI or RTPI and a planning related degree is required.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p>As a team our purpose is to create economic, social, and environmental value for our clients and the communities in which we operate. Our approach blends professional expertise, local intelligence, and positive working relationships with planning authorities.</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with the assembly and management of multidisciplinary consultant teams;</li>
<li>Regular and frequent reporting to Clients;</li>
<li>Undertake negotiations on behalf of Clients to achievement of optimum development outcomes;</li>
<li>A business-like approach to invoicing and debt management.</li>
<li>Assist with the training, coaching and mentoring of more junior members of the team.</li>
<li>Assist with the implementation of the Team’s Business Plan (i.e. helping grow the business through a variety of practice development activities, including preparing fee proposals and tenders).</li>
<li>Please note, this list is not exhaustive and there may be a requirement to perform other tasks / duties that would reasonably be expected to be undertaken in the performance of the role.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>

<li>Good academic results</li>
<li>A member of the Irish Planning Institute or Royal Town Planning Institute</li>
